Do you require that all visits be scheduled by contacting the Fur Babies office?
Yes, our clients are asked to schedule via calling our home office at (737) 314-5064. All calls are returned within 24 hours.
What is your cancellation policy?
You will not be charged if you give 48-hour advance notice. You will be charged an amount equal to one half of your total quoted fee if you provide less than a 48-hour notice. For example, if you book a 5-day sleepover that costs $525, you would be responsible for $262.50. Holiday Canceling: If you provide less than a 7-day advance notice, there will be no refund. Changes: Notice of additions, cancellations, or changes to your visit must be provided to Fur Babies Valet at least 48 hours in advance by calling (737)314-5064. This allows us enough time to adjust our work schedule.
Is there a last-minute booking fee?
No, we do have a late booking fee. We want your business!
What if I return home earlier than expected and do not need all the visits I had scheduled?
If you’re returning home early and have scheduled visits, please contact the office as soon as possible. If you cancel within the 48-hour advance notice requirement, you will receive a credit for the full amount to your Fur Babies Valet account.
When do you require payment?
Payment by cash or check is due at the start of your service. Credit card payments are not currently accepted.
