Do you require that all visits be scheduled by contacting the Fur Babies office?
Yes, our clients are asked to schedule via calling our home office at (737) 314-5064. All calls are returned within 24 hours.
What is your cancellation policy?
- You will not be charged if you give 48-hour advance notice.
- You will be charged an amount equal to one half of your total quoted fee if you provide less than a 48-hour notice. For example, if you book a 5-day sleepover that costs $525, you would be responsible for $262.50.
- Holiday Canceling: If you provide less than a 7-day advance notice, there will be no refund.
- Changes: Notice of additions, cancellations, or changes to your visit must be provided to Fur Babies Valet at least 48 hours in advance by calling (737) 314-5064. This allows us enough time to adjust our work schedule.
Is there a last-minute booking fee?
No, we do have a late booking fee. We want your business!
What if I return home earlier than expected and do not need all the visits I had scheduled?
If you’re returning home early and have scheduled visits, please contact the office as soon as possible. If you cancel within the 48-hour advance notice requirement, you will receive a credit for the full amount to your Fur Babies Valet account.
When do you require payment?
Credit card payments are due 48 hours prior to the start of your service; however, cash or checks may be paid at the start of your service.
